Our Commitment to Social Conscience

We passionately uplift the communities we serve through purposeful investment in the health, safety, and enrichment of the people within them.

What is Social Conscience?

Social Conscience is defined as “a sense of responsibility or concern for the problems and injustices of society.” To the Eight Eleven Foundation, that boils down to simply doing the right thing and helping wherever able! Although this includes responding in times of crisis or natural disaster, we know there are opportunities for social conscience in every community. This encompassing definition allows us to support through a variety of initiatives.

Our Current Initiatives

‘Quarterly Impact’ Giving Pledge

Starting in 2024, the Eight Eleven Foundation and the Eight Eleven Family of Companies paired up to empower a national or local organization each quarter of the year with a monetary donation to help support and grow its impact. Each organization selected will be determined by the EEF’s board and will highlight or support a cause or community related to one of the six Eight Eleven Connections Groups; Women of Eight Eleven, Eight Eleven People of Color, Eight Eleven Parenthood Group, Eight Eleven Pride, Eight Eleven Mindfulness, and Sustain E3. We believe in the positive ripple effects of taking action to make an impact and are eager to donate to the causes that have a special place in all our hearts every quarter.

E3 Day of Service – Annual Community Service Day

Service is a core value of the Eight Eleven Family of Companies, and thus we are proud to join Eight Eleven Group, Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire in the annual tradition of “E3 Day of Service.” E3 Day of Service is where our clients, consultants, employees, family members, and friends unite across our +32 markets for a day dedicated to giving back. From fundraising events to community service projects, each of our markets spends the day supporting an organization close to their hearts.

Friedreich’s ataxia (FA) is a debilitating, life-shortening, degenerative neuro-muscular disorder. About one in 50,000 people in the United States has Friedriech’s ataxia. It is estimated there are 4,000 individuals affected with FA in the U.S., and 15,000 affected individuals worldwide. Most individuals have onset of symptoms of FA between 15 and 18 years of age. FARA is supporting research that will improve the quality and length of life for those diagnosed with Friedreich’s ataxia and will lead to treatments that eliminate its symptoms.
